Exchanges and Returns

A-line’s exchange and returns policy is based on the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), so that you have security and satisfaction when shopping in our virtual store. The products are sent to the customer exactly as they were delivered to us by the manufacturer and do not undergo any changes in our store. If your product is delivered as follows, refuse receipt:

  • Opened or damaged packaging;
  • defective product;
  • Product not in accordance with the order;
  • Missing accessories.

If you still receive the product, please contact us immediately.

After the date of receipt of the order, you have 7 (seven) calendar days to request the exchange/return, in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC). Requests made outside this period and, furthermore, PProducts returned without prior notice, after the deadline and/or lacking items/accessories and signs of use will not be accepted.

Important

The product must be in the original packaging, without signs of use, without violating the manufacturer’s original seal, accompanied by its invoice, manual and all the accessories it has. In the event of any discrepancy, such as the absence of manual/accessories or violated packaging, A-line is exempt from accepting the return and making a refund or exchange. Therefore, for your greater safety, make sure that the product received meets your expectations before violating the packaging.

  • Your full name;
  • CPF;
  • Request number;
  • Code of the product(s);
  • Reason for exchange.

Exchange deadlines may vary depending on the type of item and pickup/delivery location. After the product is delivered again to A-line, and the exchange is accepted, after checking its conditions, the deadline for releasing the new order is up to 30 days. After this date, the delivery time is the same as for the common order, varying according to the delivery time informed by the post office for your location. The cost of shipping for the first attempt to return the product will be borne by A-line. In case of exchange, the cost of shipping for sending the new product will be the responsibility of the customer.

*It is not possible to exchange gifts

*Exchange can be made for any product of the same value on our website. If the exchange is made for a product of lesser value, there is no refund of the remaining amount.

* If there is a difference in values, payment of this difference must be provided, by credit card or bank slip.

*A-line is exempt from the responsibility of exchanging any product whose defect has been caused by misuse, according to the report provided by the technical assistance. In this case, the product will be returned to the customer.

Send an email to taltaltal@tal.com.br containing:

  • Your full name;
  • CPF;
  • Request number;
  • Code of the product(s);
  • Reason for return.

The refund of the amount will be provided only after receipt and analysis of the conditions of the product(s) returned. If the conditions are met, the refund of the amounts will be made in the same way as the payment.

Defective product

Within 7 (seven) days from receipt of the product, exchanges or returns will only be accepted subject to the following conditions: Prior communication and the product must be in the original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by its invoice, manual and all accessories it has.

A-line’s deadline for exchange or return for defects is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, plus the delivery period.

All products will undergo a prior technical analysis to verify the existence of a manufacturing defect. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, or failure to comply with any of the conditions described in the previous topic, A-line will arrange for the shipment of the same product to the Customer’s address, with the freight paid by the customer.
